HENRY, KHUMALO WIN COSAFA JOINT GOLDEN BOOT

Scorchers duo, Deborah Henry and Ireen Khumalo, have finished as the joint top scorers along other two players after netting three goals each at this year's COSAFA Women's Championship.

Henry netted a hat-trick in her first start for the team in an 8-1 win over Lesotho, the game which Khumalo bagged a brace and got his third after netting a winner in a 1-0 win over Angola.

Meanwhile, the golden boot has been shared amongst four players as Makhotso Moalosi of Lesotho and Rutendo Makore of Zimbabwe have also three goals each.

Namibia claimed the Championship on Sunday after beating South Africa 2-1 after extra time while Zambia beat Zimbabwe 3-1 to finish third.
