MPHASI ON FIRE

MPHASI SHOWS GOOD PERFORMANCE IN ZAMBIA

Flames attacker, Chifundo Mphasi, provided a brilliant assist before being stretched off due to a heavy challenge which produced a straight red card as Power Dynamos beat FC Muza 4-2 in the MTN Super League in Zambia on Thursday.

Mphasi was introduced at half time when the defending champions led 2-1 but conceded four minutes into the second half before Mphasi's ball finding Moses Shumah for the his second of the day and fifth in just two matches in the 54th minute.

In the 63rd minutes, he received a bad tackle from Chanda Chileshe who was sent off and Mphasi's place was taken up by Titus Chansa as he failed to continue.

The win for the leaders helped them to restore a five point lead on top the table as they have 51 points from 15 wins, 6 draws and two defeats with a game in hand as well.
